- If you activate the 180-day free Premium Trial, we store the activation and expiration timestamps needed to show your trial status.
- Technical Data
- IP address, browser type, and usage metrics collected via our hosting provider and basic analytics to ensure service stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To display your vehicle dashboard, cost forecasts, and maintenance reminders.
- Aggregated Analytics: We use anonymized and aggregated vehicle data (e.g., "average IMS bearing failure mileage") to improve our statistical models for all users. This data does not identify you or your specific VIN/identity.
- Communication: To send transactional emails regarding your account, trial status, or important security updates.
- Security: To detect and prevent malicious bot activity.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Providers
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted service providers necessary to run the app:
- Infrastructure: Cloud hosting (application hosting) and managed database and authentication services (database and auth).
